I was in the Clarenville Store recently just pricing a few items and i have to say that the exceptional service i recieved from your Accessory Specialist Blaine Leawood was unbelievable! He answered all of my questions accurately and with great professionalizm. By talking with Blaine I knew that he was familiar with retail and how to approach and deal with the general public. I would reccomend for my friends to come and see Blaine in the Clarenville Store, and i am certain that i will be returning very soon to the Clarenville location for purchases and i look forward in dealing with Blaine once again!

I recently purchased a cap and a tailgate lock for my pick-up at your Timmins location.
I was very impressed by Jenny and the young man ( didn't catch his name, sorry) who did the installation.
Jenny took the time to make sure we were comfortable while the truck was worked on, and the young man didn't like the way the first lock fit , so he took it upon himself to try a second and get the result we both wanted.
They went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after completely.
A very pleasurable retail experience, I'll be back for sure !!

When we were recently travelling in the Ottawa area (in mid-September 2007), we had a mishap which required the purchase and installation of a new truck cap for our 2002 Ford Ranger. We'd just like to commend the staff at Van & Truck World in Ottawa for their prompt and helpful service. They accommodated us (and our dog!) by getting the work done quickly and efficiently. I recently had some work done on my truck at the Moncton branch. Upon completion I was not satisfied with the product or the installation. I contacted the branch and was referred to Jonathan Coles. Jonathan (now in Saint John branch) and Mike Leblanc went out of thier way to make sure that I was totally satisfied as a customer. The way that I was treated was fantastic. Both of these gentlemen showed true professionalism and an honest desire for true customer satisfaction

During the past few weeks, I have frequented your store in Ottawa looking for advice on some work I was considering for my Jeep. During that time, I found the staff to be extremely patient, friendly and knowledgeable! At more than one occasion, I even found that the staff members remembered my name…which is extremely rare these days. Although the dollar amount of my modification was not extreme, I was treated; much to my surprise with the greatest of respect.
I hope you will pass this letter of recognition and give kudos to Eric, Serge (I hope I spelled them right) and most notably Kirk West who exhibited infinite patience with me during my moments of indecision and took the time to alleviate my concerns. Kirk’s patience is only overshadowed by his skill as he installed my lift very professionally and in excellent time; even allowing me to modify the requirements part way through the install.
In no small thanks to these people, I will definitely be returning to Van and Truck world for any other work and/or parts I require for my vehicles. Great job guys!

Grand Opening ---- Stopped by at 3:00 P.M. without realizing it was closing time, we were about to leave and they wouldn't hear of that. We entered the store with alot of questions and were very impressed, even though it was closing time our sales rep. did not make us feel one bit rushed. We ended up purchasing a tonneau cover for our 06 Ford 150, handle covers and an additional order put in for other items. I couldn't believe he also installed our tonneau cover , again, not making us feel that he should be going home. Action Truck Caps IN Saint John ,NB are very knowledgeable.They installed my Auto Start and they did an excellent job.
I went in today to browse around for the first time, I ended up buying a lowering kit and some chrome accessories. I was overly happy with the service and price and will now be stopping in on paydays regularly!

The staff at the Dartmouth location are A-1 in my books. They truly understand a customer's needs and do not try to sell you something you do not need. I rate Mike as one of th best in terms of customer service & goes the extra mile to meet a customers needs. Stephen, one of the installers is very efficient and knows his stuff. What a great team in Dartmouth. Keep up the great work. Highly recommend these guys.

Extremely happy with the customer service at the Mississauga location. I have purchased quite a bit of stuff there in the last few months and have had great service overall. Recently I had a problem with a set of snow tires and rims and the staff was great (especially John and Victor) and did everything they could to fix my problem and when it couldn't be solved they gave a full refund. You don't get treatment like that every day and I really appreciate it.
I will definitely return for future purchases and I highly recommend the Mississauga location.

Our son has a birthday next month - I'm going to bring him in to pick out something for his Silverado.
