When will my order ship?

Orders will be processed and shipped the same day or next business day, depending on time of receipt of order. (Orders ship Monday to Friday)


What is your online pricing policy?

In the event of pricing or description errors on the website, Action Car and Truck Accessories will notify you of any price discrepancies before processing orders. We reserve the right to cancel any orders resulting from such pricing or incorrect product description errors.


How long will it take my order to arrive?

We must allow 2 to 7 business days for delivery within Canada. Remote areas may take longer due to limited courier routes.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Returns and Exchanges

For all returns and exchanges, you will require the following:

The original receipt from your purchase – for online orders, you can contact customer service for a copy.
The original method of payment (If a gift card was used and was discarded, please proceed to a retail store where the refund will be processed on a new gift card).
Original packaging and all items originally included by the manufacturer (incl. all manuals and accessories).
Contact information provided when the order was placed (name, address & postal code, phone, email).

IMPORTANT: In the event that a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount.

Online Orders:

When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely prior to opening the factory sealed product packaging. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return your product at any Action Car & Truck Accessories retail store in Canada. For your convenience, we also accept returns by courier for orders that were shipped directly to you. Please contact us at to request your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. It can take up to 2 business days before an RMA is issued to you. IMPORTANT: Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused. Your RMA number is valid for 14 days. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part or we have determined that the product is defective.

Any product (with the exception of installed or painted parts) may be exchanged or refunded within 60 days. Must provide original sales receipt and product must be in its original condition and packaging. All products are covered by specific manufacturer’s warranties. Must provide original sales receipt for all warranty claims.
