The Fixed Operations Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the installation center, with a strong focus on workflow efficiency, quality control, team leadership, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities

- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve business objectives

With our head office in Moncton, we have 44 stores and distribution centres across the country. We are currently seeking a Bed Liner Technician to join our Sudbury team.
The Bed Liner Technician is responsible for professionally installing spray-on bed liners in customer vehicles while ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and an exceptional customer experience. This role includes vehicle preparation, product application, quality inspections, inventory monitoring, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
Wage Range
Starting at $23 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Install spray-on bed liners on customer vehicles according to manufacturer and company standards
- Inspect vehicles and identify any potential issues prior to beginning installation
- Complete all vehicle preparation and masking required for bed liner application
- Perform post-installation inspections to ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock requirements as needed
- Maintain accurate work orders and installation documentation
- Ensure all installations meet company quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized shop workspace
- Support team members and provide excellent customer-focused service
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience installing spray-on bed liners
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Passion for cars and trucks with hands-on automotive experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
